vibrant colors tutorial
we're going from:
to 
PS and PSP users. 5 easy steps. DLabe psd file
1. open base.
2. add a new curves layer ---> LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > CURVES
RGB: 116, 200
3. add a new hue/saturation layer ---> LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > HUE/SATURATION
master: saturation: 60
4. add a new color balance layer ---> LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > COLOR BALANCE
midtones: -100, -22, 26
shadows: -83, 100, 33
highlights: 7, 26, 0
uncheck preserve luminance
+ if it becomes too bright, you can play with the opacity of the curves or screen layer.
5. flatten you image. add textures/brushes/text as you desire.
